Sources and Categories of Processed Personal DataThe Controller processes personal data that you have provided via the website, in particular through contact forms, email communication, or newsletter subscriptions.The Controller processes identification and contact data and information necessary to respond to enquiries or communicate with you.
III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal DataThe legal basis for processing personal data is:the Controller’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the website pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,your consent to processing for marketing or newsletter purposes pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services. The purposes of processing personal data are:responding to enquiries submitted via the website or email,maintaining communication with business partners or interested parties,sending marketing communications and newsletters, where consent has been granted.The Controller does not carry out automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

Data Retention PeriodThe Controller retains personal data:for the period necessary to handle communication and related legal claims,until consent for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years where data are processed on the basis of consent.After the retention period expires, the Controller will delete the personal data.

VII. Personal Data Security ConditionsThe Controller declares that it has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. The Controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and paper records.The Controller declares that only authorised persons have access to personal data.

By submitting a contact form or subscribing to a newsletter via the website, you confirm that you have familiarised yourself with this Privacy Policy and accept it in full.The Controller is entitled to amend this Privacy Policy. The new version will be published on the website.
